If you need to cancel or downgrade your HSS membership, this guide will walk you through the step-by-step process to manage your subscription. Whether you are looking to switch to a lower-tier plan or completely cancel your membership, follow the instructions below.
Step 1: Log into Your HSS Account
Visit the HSS Member Login Page
• Go to HSS Login.
Enter Your Credentials
• Use your registered email and password to log in.
• If you forgot your password, click “Forgot Password” on the login page to reset it.
Access Your Membership Settings
• Navigate to the Membership Dashboard.
• Click on Membership Settings in your profile menu.
Step 2: Downgrade Your Membership
If you want to switch to a lower-tier plan (e.g., from Transform to Growth Membership), follow these steps:
Go to Membership Plans
• Visit HSS Membership Levels.
Select a Lower Plan
• Click Downgrade on the plan you want to switch to.
Confirm Changes
• Review the details and confirm your downgrade.
• Any changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Downgrades may result in the loss of access to premium features, including coaching, leadership programs, and networking events.
Step 3: Cancel Your HSS Membership
If you wish to cancel your HSS membership completely, follow these steps:
Go to Subscription Management
• Navigate to Your Account Settings.
• Click on Billing & Subscription.
Select “Cancel Membership”
• Click the Cancel Membership button.
• Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation.
Review Cancellation Terms
• Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
• No further payments will be charged.
Note: Once canceled, you will lose access to all exclusive HSS content, coaching sessions, and community features.
